Office Policies and FAQ's
The policies of our office are to help you understand how and why we operate our office the way we do. It is our intent to be fair to all but realize that we all must have structure so our clients know what to expect as we serve you. Please feel free to email me for clarification or comments.
We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy. What does this mean. We would like 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appoinment.
To Canel an Appointment with less than 24 hour notice please call (916) 348-3641 and leave a message when prompted.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give a 24 hours advance notice you will be charged for the missed appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Sharing Social Markeing Vouchers
We are ok with the sharing of Groupon, Amazon Local or Living Social Vouchers. Please make sure that when you give a family member or friend your voucher that we have some way to contact the original purchaser if there is a problem with the voucher.
